The only thing that comes to mind is drum cartridge or fuser(maintance kit)
It happens when I turn it on and it does it's startup operation and then when I'm printing from other trays. I'll look inside to see if paper is stuck in there somewhere.
I had a paper jam from feeding card stock from the MPT (manual feed tray). I removed the paper from the access panel behind the printer (the inner roller area) and from the MPT, and ever since then have experienced a grinding gear noise from the MPT area, just to the left of the MPT. Any ideas what happened there? Is something out of place, a bad gear, or a timing issue? Will I have to disassemble it to figure it out or is there a known fix for this?
