Hello pauq,

You haven't provided a lot of details to troubleshoot. What application are you printing from? Can you print from another application? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the Xerox Print Driver?

Get the nothing printed on paper when print and photocopy

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830/7835/7845/7855
Operating System: Not Applicable

I got nothing on the paper when I print, the paper just blank on white. Nothing error on my supply meter or my toner.
