Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the instructions for configuring the fax reports. You are looking for the confirmation report. Turn on the reports you need following the instructions found at this link. If these instructions do not help please consider contacting your local support centre.
My lovely and oh-so-effing-complicated Versalink does not give "Fax Sent" reports.
I need these reports and I've looked everywhere on the machine and on my computer.
This, and a whole host of other problems have caused serious delays in our work flow.
Xerox needs to re-think how they have "over-teched' this machine!
