Hi,
The first you can replace and it is called DRUM. You need to buy it, if you don't have any contract. The second is more difficult and can not be done buy you. You need to call the local support. The developer needs to by replaced by a field engineer.

I've been printing on this workhorse for quite some time now and really appreciate all the projects that's gone through it. We've got a DocuColor 252 and now I'm getting these messages, "Optical photoconductor needs replacing," and "Developer unit needs replacing." I work in the Apple environment. What do I need to do? I can't find anything on this subject.
