Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you are using the PCL driver.  Follow the instructions for two sided printing and see if it will print correctly. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Getting stuck at 2 sided printing

Product Name: Xerox B210 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

If I print one sided page, it will work. If I print two sided it prints the one side then retracts the page 80% to print on the other side but gets stuck there then spits the page back out 70% of the way and gives an error. No specific error code just the red light comes on. Is my machine defective or do I need to do something?
