I searched the Support page and found this article on ghosting that may help you troubleshoot your issue.
I have just re-started using my Workcentre 6015 and all prints are ghosting. There is a light image offset from the properly printed page that goes down to the bottom. I have cleaned the lenses to no avail. Using all OEM Xerox toner. Any ideas?
