Even if you have already set PIN code on your XEROX printer in Printer settings, you should also configure/retype it in Outlook > File > Print > Printing options of your XEROX pronter > Properties. This code in Outlook should be refreshed each time you change code in Printer settings.

Were you able to resolve this issue? I am experiencing it as well.
I have some problems with the Xerox Global Print Driver.
I use it for the Xerox WorkCentre 7435.
When I print a memo in Outlook 2010 with Secure Print (Print with a code) the print comes in the printer below the user: administrator, and not below the user's name.
It's okay if you print a excel, powerpoint, word, ect. Then the print comes below the users name correctly.
