Global Print Driver installation fails on Windows 2000 server

you should upgrade or install the drivers locally on each pc or use another print server

Trying to get a Windows 2000 citrix server to talk to a ColorQube 9201.  Evidently there are no win2000 drivers for this device so I'm trying to use the GPD.  Installation fails and in the event log seeing "Application popup: XDriverInstaller.exe - Entry Point Not Found : The procedure entry point WTSQueryUserToken could not be located in the dynamic link library WTSAPI32.dll."
