Global Print Driver problems

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I recently updated my print servers to the most recent Global PS driver. I now have clients that can't connect to the devices. If the remove the device and re-add it by navigating to the print server they get an error. My servers are 2012 R2, I've added the x64 and x86 PS drivers to the server, I've rebooted the servers, restarted the spoolers on both the servers and the clients. I'm only seeing this on Windows 7 clients.

There errors I'm seeing are 0x000003be or 0x0000000a, I've also seen some users that don't have any driver settings.

The only way I've been able to fix users is by doing a local TCP/IP install of devices.
