Gloss text jams

Hi,

It is possible to have a problem with the Fuser Belt assy, or with the Fuser Drive, or even with the Pre Fuser Transport Belt. Also you or your tech should verify NVM value 998-162 if is at default (40) and if the value is small increase the value.

When the jam first occurs I see 041-933, then it shows 077-106

What fault code is raised when paper jam occur?

I have a versant 2100 that always jams when printing 100# gloss text stock, not one sheet will make it through. It jams right at the fuser, it doesnt actually make it into the fuser, just crinkles up before it. I can print 100# uncoated text as well as gloss cover, but I cannot get it to print the 100# gloss text. Can anyone point me to what might need replacing? I've tried feeding from the LCT trays as well, same result.
