Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the paper specifications for the machine.  You should be able to create a custom type for the printer.  As long as the paper is within the size and weight specifications you can create a custom setting for the glossy paper.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Glossy Paper Type missing from Printer Options on Phaser 6700DX

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi, we have a Phaser 6700DX, and for some reason there is no built-in paper type for glossy paper. We've resorted to using the paper type for "glossy carstock", but this prevents us from being able to print doublesided. Does anyone know why we don't have a preset for regular glossy paper, and what we can do about it? For reference, here is the list of Paper Type Options that the printer is showing us:
