Re: Google Cloud Print Registration not working

Hi JackScratch,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am not sure what you mean by making stuff up.  There is a valid step by step solution found HERE. Google has also announced the end of Google Cloud Print HERE.If you need additional assistance post a specfc question or consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Re: Google Cloud Print Registration not working

I have exactly the same problem with my WorkCentre 3025 starting end of May.

(Lucky I found this forum post before messing with router settings - wasn't sure the problem is in printer itself).

Would appreciate any help on solving the problem, as we really need GCP in our family.

Google stopped with cloud printing, it's not a supported feature anymore

Re: Google Cloud Print Registration not working

Hi,

I don't have those settings to enable/disable Google Cloud Print or HTTPS for WorkCentre 3215 (it might be avaiable for Phaser printers, not for mine).

Any additional help is much appreciated!

Thanks,

Barak

Google Cloud Print Registration not working

Product Name: WorkCentre 3215
Operating System: macOS 10.14 - Mojave

Hello,

I have Workcentre 3215 that worked with GCP (via Ethernet connection) with no issues. Recently, it stopped working so i tried to remove it and re-register. It doesn't work - while GCP connection test works successfull BEFORE i register the printet to GCP, it stops working with "Operation Error" connecting to Google server, right after i register the printer to GCP.

Also - i noticed that printer configruation page shows Google Cloud Print as "Installed/Disabled", which might the the reason for this issue. I red instruction manual for the printer, and don't see any option to Enabled/Disable GCP.

Please help!

Thanks,

Barak
