Google - no response, Xerox said long time ago that 3020 will not be supported on their print server.
Try NokoPrint Google Play working pretty fine - free so there are some adds.
Anyway - Google Print will be off this year so better to go I think with other software.

having same issue with my xerox 3020, it was online until this sunday (yesterday), May 17th, after that cannot get it back to online on google cloud.
Any help will be much appreciated it.

. I can't find Phaser 3020.
I have same problem. I tried to deregister printer and delete it from Google Cloud. Then I tried make new registration. Google registered Xerox Phaser 3020 to Google cloud with no problem but printer is still offline. When I click to Test Connection answer in printer web page there is answer: Connection Error, Results Fail.
Printer has not connected to internet about 8 weeks because COVID and now it stops working.

3 days ago my Google Cloud Printing stopped working. I tried to readd printer - its successful but printer is offline.
I checked 2 things:
before readding - when printer is not added - I am able to test and after register test is failed.
Ports are opened - i run telnet talk.google.com 5222 and run telnet talk.google.com 443

What can be wrong? - I read some information its can happen when cerificate is revoked for printer that google will not take it.
