Google Drive App won't print Google Docs

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Other – specify OS in post

i login to my google docs and it will let me chose the file i want to print then when i click print it says conecting to cloud and wont print the file and kicks me off. i have unpluged the xerox rest it and tried everything else. and now it wont make copys either.
