Thank you, after implementing this, the google print is working.
I apologize, we had some high priority stuff come up, and I am just getting back to this. I will test this today and give and let you know how this works. Thank you for the prompt response.
If AltaLink works and VersaLink doesn't, the issue isn't the LAN or a Firewall, but it could be that the VersaLinks have the incorrect:
1. Time
2. DNS (Set it to 8.8.8.8 to be certain)
3. Gateway
And while I don't see anything in the Release notes for these VersaLinks regarding Cloudprint directly, an update may help, so try the newer firmware from here.
Last suggestion, and a longshot, but VersaLink has issue when IPv6 is enabled, no idea why, it will cause oddities, such as connection failures (FC 016-781) when try to scan to email via Office365. No idea why, but since there is about .01% chance you use IPv6, you can safely just disable it by Selecting IPv4 instead of the Dual Stack which is the default here.
I currently manage a company that recently got some new copiers a Altalink 8045, a Versalink B7025, and a Versalink B7035. I was able to get the printing working on the altalink, but when it comes to register the two versalinks, I log into the interface, click the connectivity, click google print, I click the register button and it says that it will print a page, but nothing prints out. Is there a configuration issue I am missing, or is there a firewall setting i need to change for these printers? I don't believe it is a total network issue as the Altalink google print is working as intended and has had no issues.
