Hi PhilRootTax,
To add another option to CathyO's response. Are you using the same paper you always have, or is it a different brand. Might try a different brand if it's the same.
Do you 'fan' the paper before putting it in the paper tray? That helps a lot!
Also, it may be where your paper is stored causing the issue.
Hello PhilRootTax,
Have you tried changing to a fresh reem of paper? Sometimes either dust or humidity can cause the paper to stick or the feed rollers to be dusty and not feed properly.
We recently added a Xerox 3045 NI, and installed it to use with a Mac using MacOS10.14. The problem is that when printing, the printer will, instead of just pulling one sheet of paper at a time, randomly pull 2 or even 3 extra sheets of paper. Its almost as if the paper is sticking together, but that seems highly strange. It doesn't seem to cause a jam, but the printer is also constantly telling me that I need to load the correct size of paper (8.5 x 11) into it, but of course, that's what I have in it anyway. Any suggestions?
