Thank you for your reply. I will have a look at the link you posted, however this is the page I am talking about. I found this in the printer menu (someplace, I don't recall right now) and did the test print. As you can see the far right column is more brown than gray. This looks like some sort of "service" calibration that a person can do to calibrate the "mix" correctly. To me this doesn't seem like a profile, but more of an internal setting of the printer.

It states, "Compare this chart with the Color Sample and perform color correction" - this is what I am looking to do.

I bought this printer a couple years ago, so I assume my phone technical support has long since passed.

I found a couple color profiles on our downloads page on xerox.com. If this is not what you're looking for I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

1) where can I buy the color sample chart for comparison?

2) are the intructions on how to perform this?

 

I found where to print the Calibration chart and have done so, however the Process Gray column is way off and I would like to adjust this (is it very brown).
