As the problem wasn't solved after my earlier post, I repeat my question:
My Workcentre 6015 randomly prints a grey background on some pages. Sometimes It is just a part of the page or a few lines, sometimes it is the complete page. There is no lack of toner in the cartridges. Could anyone advise on how to solve this annoying problem? Thank you.
