Yes but I can not for the life of me find the CTD Sensor!

Hi cathrynhuffman, 

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this article perform a color registration to make sure you have followed all the steps.  Also take a look at this post from the forum with more possible solutions. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

HELP! Colors not aligning

Product Name: VersaLink C400 Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I only have 2 options on my printer control panel: Color Registration - Automatic (which when I run, it says it has compelted with an error) & Color Registration - Manual (which says the same thing when I run it). When I do do the Manual option though, this (file attached) chart prints out and the yellow is the only color that's correct. I've tried fixing the other colors and I need them to be pushed down vertically, but I don't know how to achieve that. It's driving me nuts. and I don't know what errors are happening when I try to run the Color Registrations because it doesn't give me any sort of code(s). I also do have the latest software/firmware installed, so I don't think that's the issue, but anyway. Can anyone help? I feel like I'm loosing my mind! IMG_2212.jpg
