I've set up my printer to print from wifi. I selected the SSID and entered the passphrase. The printer restarts and shows Ready.
When I login to my Router I can see the connected printer. My router is assigning it a static IP, BUT when I try to print from a webpage or Office I get a window pop up saying error printing but no details as to why. Sometimes it says my printer is paused when it isn't because it says Ready on the display.
I can however print from my iphone perfectly so it's definitely connected on my network.
As a last resort, Is there a full printer reset to go back to factory?

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try to ping the ip address assigned to the printer. If it passes the ping test and still will not print here are the instructions to reset to factory defaults. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
