I couldn't solve the problem with the recommendations.
I also tried a other tray to be sure it is not only related two tray2 but also the problems happen on tray1.
I saw that it seems only the first 2-4 papers got stuck and only in 300gsm if I print normal paper in duplex after the start of the printer to problems at all.
I created a File with a small line outside of the print radius and I now print 5 empty nomal paper pages in duplex for warmup. After that I am able to print 300gsm paper without any stucks. It would be better if 300gsm is working out of the box but this workaround is better than stucked paper and waste toner.
Hello CathyO-Xerox,
thank you for your reply. I will check this.

Hello KeRo,
I found an article that can help you troubleshoot this duplex jams issue.
Hello Community,
I got a brand new VersaLink C8000 Color Printer and I did some tests printing 300gsm in duplex from paper tray2. Unfortunately, the paper got stuck, I would say around every second or third print. The stuck happen when the paper is coming out after the first print and the printer tries to move in the paper again. At that moment, the paper got stuck with one corner in the plastic claws. Then the tries to forward to move in the paper and because of the stuck of the corner of the paper, the paper beginning to rotate until the printer stops and pops out an error message about the paper is stuck.
I checked the paper and the paper and the paper are complete flat so no folds on one of the corners what maybe caused the problem. Do you have any Idea what I can try to fix the issue?
Maybe one of you guys also had this problem, and you know how to deal with it.
I added some pictures that you get a better understanding of what is going on.
In any way, thanks for your help!
