Kind of surprise it just started happening though
Wirth 80lb gloss cover it's fine
but when hit over that nope
And it rarely affects the inside section of the prints so mainly the ends.
Assuming you program the tray properly you will need a tech to service it, because the fuser temp is decided by the stock setting, so if the stock is programmed and the fuser isn't heating (and you tried 2 so far) then the only answer is that the voltage isn't increasing, which is not going to have a simple software fix.

Good day folks
we have started getting these messy prints from our printer
Like when we print any lb say over 80 our prints will come up with messy print
especially prnting black or dark colours
Check out the photo
We have just changesd the fuser so it's not that and the fuser is et to 0
And it especially happes close to the end.
And this is one the bestter one
Some smear so bad and then you have messed up prints
that follow
