Hello, I need to identify the issue with this printer. About 1/4 of the top of every page is very faded and blotchy, which is particularly noticeable on solid color fills. Also about 1 inch at the bottom of solid color pages is faded. This is on every color, every print. I have run all tests and calibrations for color and paper. I have gone through all of the cleaning and maintenance steps. At this point, it must be a failing component.
I just need confirmation on if this looks like a bad fuser, or imaging unit, or a combination of things?
