ok so I tried that, and also not sure what the number is for UK here as that one doesn't work. As you can also see, its connected but its just not responded :

I have a Phaser 7100 I purchased off ebay, but... the user has no idea of the Reset admin password - I've tried the 1111 which I have found to be the default.
Can anyone help?
