Here are the instructions on how to reset the admim password. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

I have a Phaser 7100 I purchased off ebay, but... the user has no idea of the Reset admin password - I've tried the 1111 which I have found to be the default. 

Can anyone help?
