I would first try uninstalling and reinstalling with the Global Print Driver.

Hi all, could really use your help. I recently bought a new windows 10 PC. Used windows set-up to find the best compatible printer driver.

My Xerox 6180 mfp prints Powerpoint, .pdfs, Outlook messages, Adobe Lightroom all ok. It won't print WORD or Excel...not sure how to fix this or why this is happening. See attached images. Thanks in advance for your help!
