Re: Hold all jobs for PrimeLink B9100

Alternatively, change normal print to secure print when you choose file print and it will ask for a code. You need to put that code in at the printer to release the job.

Right click on the driver and go to printer properties. Go to the port tab. If the current queue name is direct or print, change it to hold

Re: Hold all jobs for PrimeLink B9100

Thank you for your response.  It has basically the same OS as the D95A/D110/D125.

If it uses "a fiery", where would I go in the settings to change the queue to Hold instead of Print?  I'd like to check if the setting is available.

If it uses a fiery you can change the queue name to Hold instead of Print and it will hold the jobs. Alternatively, Secure Print should be an option.

Hold all jobs for PrimeLink B9100

Product Name: PrimeLink B9100/B9110/B9125/B9136
Operating System: Windows 11

We have four PrimeLink B9100 copiers.  Users are allowed to print directly to the copiers.  A helpful feature would be an option to "Hold all jobs" automatically when a user prints to the copier.  We want this done on the copier end as we don't expect users to do this each time they print.  There are other Xerox models that have this feature such as WorkCentre and AltaLink.  Will this become available for the PrimeLink line?

If not, can the app be extracted from a copier that has this feature and copied to the PrimeLink?

I asked our rep about having an app developed via the ConnectKey offering but he keeps recommending PaperCut as the solution.
