Re: Horizontal lines in print even before fusing

yeah I checked all the consumables

the Aussie seemed to have come from a bad BUR, Back up roller in the IBT

Like it didn't have the right electrical charge sent through it so there were these gaps in the print (line gaps)

So we changed that and is good again.

this is the part number of what was changed, not the full unit just the roller.

Re: Horizontal lines in print even before fusing

Hello digitalprintplus,

Have you check to see if any consumable need to be replaced or run a calibration on the device?

Thanks,

Product Name: Xerox Color C75 Press

Hi there guys.
I've been etting this problem as of late. Horizontal lines on print. As you can see from photos. And tis happens even before the image is fused to the paper. I even check the IBT to see how it looks on there. Looks ok but then yiu have the line.
