Hello taskeeeeeeee,

I searched the Support page and the only suggestion is to reseat the print cartridge. Since you already tried that you may need to call the Support Department.

Hello,

i dug up a phaser3020 from storage and upon connecting it and setting it up it its constantly printing these horizontal lines on paper. Any idea on the issue and how to resolve it? I've already tried re-seating the toner cartridge. Thanks
