Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that your Versant 3100 is using the latest firmware which can be found HERE. Also make sure you are following all the instructions in the online support article - How To Set Up / Submit a Print Job.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hot folders "converting file type"

Product Name: Xerox Versant 3100 Press
Operating System: Windows 8.1

Hello,

I'm having a problem with hot folders it just gets stuck on converting file type and no matter what I do it's always there. I've even reinstalled whole workstation and I get the same problem. Untitled.jpg
