How To Minimize Print Border (Margin) Widths for Colorpress 1000i

We use a Xerox Colorpress 1000i. A fully bled design printed on a 13"x19" sheet results in a 1/2" border (margin) on all four sides. We want to reduce the border width to a minimum. The Colorpress 1000i specs specify that the maximum image we can get  is 12.8"x19". What do we do to achieve such an image size?
