I would recommend that you un-install re-install the printer with the Xerox Print Driver. You can find that print driver HERE.

How can I get B205 to print legal paper

Product Name: Xerox B205 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

The printer menu only gives the option to print A4 or letter.  However you can put legal paper in the tray as it adjusts for it.  However the menu on the printer only gives the option to print A4 and letter.  When I select legal size from the document I want to print the printer states it cannot print legal size.  Yet if I don't change the document to legal size and let it print it shrinks it down to letter and prints on the legal paper.  How do I get the menu to give me the option to print legal?  Do I have to reinstall something to accomplish this.  I use this for work so I have to use a VPN so IT has to get involved.  Unless I can unplug it from the work VPN and connect to a home PC and Wifi to do the updates.  Please advise as I really need to print legal to legal. Thank you!
