Hi,
Okay, finally got it and printed it.
The Pink, Blue and Green look fine although they are not quite as bright as the screen, but still very close to the color.
The gray one is gray but with a slight greeny tinge.
I just had a printer mechanic over and he said that it was maybe the lasers that were the problem and that would set me back about $800!!
I put a new transfer roller in and already it was better. So now I have a new imager, roller and ink.
.
I must admit it is very close just not full black.

Hey you!
It could possibly be a damaged drum, I suggest you try printing out a drum test just to confirm that it's not a hardware problem.
You can find the drum test HERE.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
I did a config page and it print gray text and orange XEROX logo and bar at bottom.
I also did a Sample CMYK and RGB print out.
CMYK shows K100 to K80 a dark gray much the same K70 a little lighter gray.
M100 is Orange going lighter.
RGB shows Black is black but red is orange and magenta is quite light.
Hope this helps to see what may be wrong.
I was thinking can I change the driver to see if there is a dif. I am using the 2013 Global one.
I also just noted that it sems my firmware ois not up to date. CVonfig page says OS 4.82 / PS 4.8.0 / ENG 1.1.1 /NET 18 02.08.01.2003
Xerox site says there is this available.
Phaser 6250 Firmware update OS 5.4 / PS 4.11.0 / Net 19.30.02.14.2004.
Should I update?
Thanks
Hey you!
I would suggest you try printing an internal page(config page for example), and see if the problem persists.

I am besdie myslf trying to fix my blacks which come with a green tinge on my Phaser 6250 . Have tried from other programs etc but so far no go.
It is not the files as I have a Phaser 6200 and they print fine.
I would liek to reset the printer back to normal in case I or someone has done something in the profiles to upset it.
Ink is new, imager is new.
Using XP and Win 7 both the same results.
Thanks
