Xerox does not control the print settings, the PC does, What you set in Printing Preferences is what stays unless you are trying to change local preferences (Client PC) when the driver is server installed. In which case whatever is on the server becomes the default at the client on reconnect/reboot etc.

How can do disable automatically reset printer settings?

Hello Dear Team,

 

We've a problem about WorkCentre 7845 settings. The user install the printer driver an we've done printer settings but it reset automatically default settings itself. We tried reinstall several times it, restart the printer spooler services but it doesn't solve. How can i do this problem?
