You need to provide more detail.
What is the file type? What application are you printing from? What OS is on the client if you are not using Hotfolders or importing into the FFPS directly?
If you are in an Adobe application do you have it set to control the color or is it set to the printer? (For instance, in Adobe Acrobat go to File > Print > Advanced >Color Management and make sure the defaults are not set (either Let printer determine color or Acrobat Color Management will give terrible output on a CMYK device.
To be sure your calibration is correct just go in the FFPS to Color > Spot Color List and print Pantone 172U or C to be certain the file is the issue.

There is also a Color Profile available for the C75 with the integrated Print server. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
We're trying to match PMS 172 on our C75 Digital Press. No matter what I do, it comes out dark reddish-orangeish-brown. Is there any way to get some kind of bright orange?
