Hello Tin, 

The printer uses all four colours to print even if you just want to print black and white.  You will need to replace the empty toner to be able to print.

How do I print in black & white when color toner is out?

Product Name: Phaser 7100
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina

Hi!

I am out of yellow toner but the printer tells me it can print in black and white. But it doesn't. Even when I send a black & white document it won't print it. Very frustrating! 

Wondering what I should do. Does anyone know?
