If it is DHCP and not getting an address, try static and see if it communicates, if it does, the issue is on the router/cable/port, if it doesn't the NIC (printer) /cable/ port is at issue.
At which point you replace the cable and try another port on the router. If that fails you attempt a connection with another router to eliminate it from the equation.
Thank you Joe. I am following the steps you outlined, except for "Return" at the end. At that point the Panel is telling me: "Restart Printer to apply settings." Since I dont know which button you are refering to when you say "Return", I toggle the printer off and on but nothing seems to change. MEL
Mine doesn't ask for a reboot, are you doing it this way?
Menu > Admin > OK > Network Setup > OK > TCP/IP > IPv4 > Get IP Address > OK > DHCP/AutoIP > OK > Return
And yes, reboot is via the rocker switch on the left side panel.
