WorkCentre3335 - I want to shut off the automatic printing of the configuration report using the printer control panel.  The WorkCentre is not linked to a computer or the internet.

Please help

Thanks, but this is not a networked printer, so I can't use CWIS.  As I mentioned in the subject this is a USB-connected printer.

Hi,

To disable Start-Up Page go to CWIS>Properties>Services>Printing>Device Start-Up Page and disable from there.

Thanks, but I did log in as administrstor, and the menu structure I mentioned in my previous reply is what I got.  There is no "System Configuration" menu item under "Device Settings".

I have system software Version 60.002.01.000, Main Controller V2.50.02.01, User Interface V5.51.00.31.00_17030801, if that helps at all.

As i said again the first step of the procedures is to login as admin

To login as admin
1. At the printer control panel, press the Log In/Out button.
2. Type admin and touch Next.
3. Type the administrator password, then touch Done. The default password is 1111

then go to the machine status button then touchTools tab >Device settings >System configuration> select No

I don't have a Tools menu item under Machine Status.  I do have Device Settings under Machine Status, but there is no System Configuration menu item under Device Settings.  This is the Device Settinge menu structure:

   * Feed Rollers Counter Reset

   * Document Feed Pad Counter Reset

   * Bias Transer Roller Counter Reset

* Tray Confirmation Screens

* Display Brightness

I've looked under every menu item I can find with no luck.
