How to Print Heavyweight Cardstock

Thanks, I figured it out. I had to create a custom size of 5 x 8 and choose Cardstock as the type. The job printed without jamming…issue resolved! Thanks

Here is a link to the VersaLink B600_B610, VersaLink B605_B615 Paper and Paper Tray Specifications that has guidelines for the best print quality and to avoid jams.  The gsm of the cardstock may be indicated on the paper packaging.

I have a customer who’s trying to print a card that’s 5.3x8.3 heavyweight cardstock but there’s no option for that paper type in the bypass settings. Can someone please advise if there’s a way to choose this type of paper?
