This is totally different issue , the reply which i post earlier it was based on your word " align toner"
which indicate to Color Misregistration .
Now the current issue is a skewed image and this could be happen because possible reasons like
Also Try to swap the paper between the Paper tray and the Bypass tray and see the result

The solutions presented did not work. The problem I continue to have and even nothing I've done so far has solved is the one the image represents. You can see in the image that the bottom of the alignment frame is not equidistant from the bottom of the sheet and the lines above are a little crooked. At the top of the sheet this problem does not exist. If I print on both sides, this problem occurs at the bottom of the front and at the top of the back.

Try to clean the ADC sensor which Measures the density of the toner patches on the belt
After that Try to perform the Auto Adjust color Registration
press the Menu button.> Admin Menu >Maintenance Mode >scroll to Adjust Color Regi and press OK.
At Auto Adjust, press OK.> then a message of " Are you sure" will come >press OK to begin

There is a way to align toners in xerox phaser 6020? The colours are fine but the printing is misaligned.
