Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for performing the clean toner procedure. There you can chose the paper supply.  If this does not change the setting for the page you are getting please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

How to change the paper properties of the "Color Test Page" in Versant 2100

Product Name: Xerox Versant 2100 Press

Hi Everyone,

 

How can you change the paper properties of the "color test page" that comes out at the end of every job. Used to be it is using whatever 8.5 x 11 stock from Tray 1. Then it stopped using the paper in tray 1 and the machine keep asking to load 8.5 x 11 sheet in Tray 6. 

 

I have to cancel the printing of the test everytime, but I need this color test, it serves me well on checking if my color is drifting. 

 

Your help will be very much appreciated.
