How to disable Configuration Report on Xerox B215V/DNI

Hello, I am new, I currently have this problem, but I will configure it and then if I have the solution I share with you all right away

I have been struggling since 21.10.2021 to make any other changes in the web interface. It tells me it's OK but when I return to the menu the setting is not remembered. You can't set the region, date, time, password, admin name, and most annoyingly, you can't print "Configuration Report" when you start the printer.

I also need the pin/pass code (4 characters only) for administration from the printer's touchscreen panel.
I tried to get in touch with Xerox Romania-Support +40213033600 but without success (unalocated number although is published on Xerox website!). 

MFP Xerox B215 was purchased on 20.10.2021.
According to the "Customer Assistance Report" the cartridge was installed on 26.06.2021

Please, guide me to solve this problem of forgetting the changes and unprinting configuration report on power on the MFP.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try the serial number again and it is case sensitive.  If that still doesn't work consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Could somebody help me what to do if the printer does not accept the administrator password. I found on Xerox web, that the default admin password is 1111 - it does not work. Another page sad, that the defult password is the machine serial number - it does not work.

Please help me what to do.

Hello Maria, 

I believe the page you are looking to disable is the banner page, the configuration page only prints by going into the reports.
