As discussed in my previous thread, Printing Off Center, for some reason my new C230 is printing ... off-center. The suggestion was made to edit settings under Settings > Print, which requires a PIN to get to. I have tried the device's serial number, minus the three letters at the start, and it didn't work. What else can I try?
Please take a look at this article for unable to access admin account. If you're still having issues after trying these steps I would suggest calling into the support center at 1-800-835-6100 for help resetting the account.
