How to make to the page number in annotations higher on the page?

Not sure this is the right forum for this question. I would attempt a google search or reach out to Microsoft

Can someone tell me how to move the page number in annotations so it isn't almost off the page?  When it prints it is almost off the page and I need it to be higher up at the bottom center.
