How to print black as black in Word, Excel, Filemaker with 7760

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi there, when I print a document from Word, Excel or Filemaker the black text is printed in cmyk instead of just k. 

With FileMaker for instance, I made a color swatch with just 100% k but FMP coverts it back to default rgb. But Excel also prints black text using cmyk. I've tried several settings but nothing seems to work. Documents from Indesign/Illustrator come out fine. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks.
