It would help others to better answer you if you include what application you are printing from? Does it happen on all applications or just a specific one?

How to reduce margins on B230

Product Name: Xerox B230 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I have a Xerox B230 laser printer and am finding the size of the print area really frustrating. The top and bottom margins are 16mm and 19mm, which is huge. Previous HP printers we have had go down to 4 or 5. This has quite an impact on printing documents as it shrinks then quite a lot, and they look unnatturally small on the page. I have set the default paper to A4, in case it was that. And in the print menu it is set to print whole page (which has made no difference over the default) It is on the V4PCL6 driver.

Any suggestions as to how to print the document to the proper size with the maximum print area, rather than be restricted as it is now.

I wish I had known this about this issue before I purchased it.
