Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please look at the supported paper types for the trays.  As you can see on the chart labels can only be loaded in the bypass tray. Tray 1 does not support labels.

How to set Tray 1 to labels?

Product Name: Phaser 3330
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi, I only seem to be able to get an option to send "Labels" to Bypass tray.

If I select Labels as my paper type in the print settings, and submit it tells me that  btpass tray is empty.

In the admin web panel there is not paper type labels for tray.

Thanks for any thoughts...
