How to setup and print business cards

Product Name: Xerox Versant 80 Press
Operating System: Apple iOS

I need instruction on how to setup a pdf file to print multiple two-sided  color business card as well as how to configure the settings on the Versant 280 to do this using the Fiery Command Workstation.
