I know that the v3 drivers that are available allow you to share saved settings, now referred to as presets in the V4 architecture, from a print server. I helped a customer 2 weeks ago with sharing several presets from a print server for use in various store locations throughout Southern California. This option does not appear to be present in the available V4 drivers. I don't have many customers that prefer the V4 drivers over the V3 drivers and Xerox has a document published that can help you decide which is right for you.

In general if a customer is not primarily using UWP applications then I recommend the V3 over the V4 print driver.
Note: You cannot change the drivers on an established queue from V4 to V3. If you want to switch you'll have to delete the queue and recreate a new one utilizing the V3 drivers.
Thank you ever so much. That worked perfectly

Helping a client. Windows 10 Print Server with v4 PCL Xerox Primelink C9065/9070 Driver for Administrators loaded. The clients log into a Remote Desktop Connection, and the Remote Desktop connection computer has the print driver loaded from the Print Server. Printing works fine for all users.
However, they want to save a few presets and have them shared across users. Logged in as Administrator on the print server, we created a preset ("called Weekly newsletter") and saved it. Logged in to Remote Server, loaded driver, and all is well, we can see the preset.
However, when a different user (let's say "Tom") logs in, he sees the printer, but he does not see the Shared Presets. How can we get the shared presets to share across all users?
Thoughts?
