How to tile an A3 document on a Phaser 6180MFP

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

HI We have a client with a Phaser 6180MFP we are struggling to print an A3 page out onto A4 using tiling from Acrobat DC (using the poster feature).

When we set page setup to A3 the printer woint accept the job as **bleep** has no a3 paper, were printing from Macintosh el capitan

Any help greatfully received.
