Did you look in the driver properties?

Printer Properties > Administration > Job Notification

open up driver properties, configuration tab

turn off bidirectional completely, or jus the notification setting

I have a few of the Workforce Center 7855's. My users are annoyed that they are getting a pop up from windows that the print is complete and from the Xerox as well. I was looking all over to turn off the notifications but i couldnt find the settings. Thanks in advance!
